Burnout, Attachment and Trauma Therapist
I understand burnout not just as a clinical concept, but as a lived experience. Earlier in my life, I pushed myself past my own limits — trying to be everything to everyone, ignoring my own needs, and running on sheer willpower. Eventually, my body and mind demanded a pause.
That experience reshaped the way I work as a therapist. I know how heavy it feels when exhaustion becomes your default state, and I also know it’s possible to heal and rebuild.
Today, I help clients untangle the deeper roots of burnout — past trauma, attachment wounds, and codependency patterns — so they can live with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
I practice from a psychodynamic, attachment-based framework and utilize an eclectic range of interventions drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Our therapy sessions will be collaborative, insightful, and meaningful. My goal is to build a confidential trusting relationship with you and walk alongside you on your journey to emotional and mental wellbeing.
I am also just a regular person who likes attending rock concerts, watching movies, and going hiking.
